First Consultation

Prior to your first consultation I will send you a food diary and questionnaire to complete and bring with you. This is vital to get the most out of your consultation as I need to fully assess your health, medical history, diet and lifestyle.

Tests

If appropriate I may arrange diagnostic tests to determine the underlying causes of your symptoms. For example:

· Food allergy and intolerance

· Nutrient status

· Hormone screens

· Adrenal Stress Index

· Total Thyroid screen

· Hair Mineral Analysis

· Digestive screens - parasites, bacteria, yeast, infections.

· Liver Detoxification Profile

· Chronic Fatigue Screen

As part of your first consultation I provide you with advice on your diet including a personalised plan, meal ideas, a supplement programme and specific health handouts if appropriate. All are designed specifically for you and your lifestyle.

Follow up consultations:

Follow up consultations may be advised to assess progress, discuss any test results and make dietary adjustments as necessary.
